本文报告我院115例除皱手术的经验。

In clinical rhytidectomy, the most common complication is the injury of the temporal branches which causes the hemiparalysis of the frontal belly of the occipitofrontalis.

在临床除皱术中，最常见的并发症是颞支的损伤造成单侧的额肌瘫痪。

Objective Traditional rhytidectomy may produces some unpleasant results, such as: long scar and numbness of the scalp, more alopecia, more bleeding and long recurrence etc.

目的传统除皱术在达到除皱效果的同时难以避免产生一些不良反应，如较长的头皮瘢痕、麻木、脱发、出血多、恢复期长等。

Conclusion: the combination of the baggy eyelids plastic and nasolabial furrow rhytidectomy is a micro-trauma method for the orbital region and buccal region rejuvenation with concealed cut.

结论：该术式在同一切口内同时完成眼袋整形术及鼻唇沟除皱术，使眶颊区年轻化，切口隐蔽，创伤小，恢复迅速，是一种较好的手术方法。
